Please note that all fees are payable at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise your appointment is automatically cancelled to help you avoid the late cancellation fee.  It also allows others who require a meeting, to book that time.

Telephone / Email / Zoom Chat Support Outside of Sessions:
From 9.00 am to 8.00 pm - Free for first 5 minutes then £2.00 per minute.
